really? looks like tendu to degagee, developees, and grand battements to me…..the exercises are just shown in segments. obviously in a normal ballet class you wouldn’t be attached to a pulley system. It’s for building strength, not for technique. duh!

This looks interesting, but it’s not barre technique, nor are these ballet barre exercises. They may look similar, but they are not the same.
