Anyone else noticed at 2:05 she asks the cameraman “we’ll do that over again?” but they didn’t cut it out?

Has anyone else noticed that “expertvillage” *isn’t* full of experts?

You chill the cake, then cover with a light covering of frosting. Then chill again. Then frost for the final time. Doing it your way means that you lose LOADS of frosting, which is a waste of money, and you spend ages doing it which is a waste of time.

isnt that why a crumb coating is better than just putting it on thick in the beginning
