Here are some sites but you really need an instructor. You cannot see what you are doing right or wrong and you may hurt yourself. Many studios offer scholarshipsif it is amoney issue. Just ask them. Some may require you answer phones or sweep the studio in exchange for lessons but it is worth it!

Ballet steps, positions etc. are on the net all over – HOWEVER: You will never learn much of anything without a teacher to correct your form and mistakes.

you cant really take ballet off of a website. you need an instructor that can physically help you, and show you what you are doing wrong. go to a studio and enlist in beginner classes

Try the site below along with instruction from a live teacher. This site is the most organized I could find for most aspects of professional ballet dancing. It pays to know.
