To be a dancer yes. But this is about contortion… That’s my whole point. This isn’t about being a ballet dancer, this is about being a contortionist. The girl is just showing us some ballet moves to help contortion, not dancing.

Well clearly no one would no that if you dont turn your legs out you can snap your knee and seriously ingure yourself, which is why i left the first comment. You dont need to mad.
It says “ballet moves FOR contortion”. IDK about you but when I read that what I understood it to mean was it would should be some ballet moves that help improve contorting. NOT ballet moves to help me become a ballet dancer…
Then it should be contortion moves not ballet. Funny how its EXPERTvillage.

you just start to train from now, i wasn’t flexible last year, but i started taking ballet lessons and about a month later I could do it. The key is just motivation

I noticed her biography said she’s been training since a very young age. So trying to achieve even half of what she’s able to do may be close to impossible for an adult – even with proper daily training.
