I’ve been told that before. I was 2 and walking on my toes. If your flexible,long,lean,strong ankles and calves,strong upper body strength
I mean you either have it or you dont. if you dont,trust me,you”ll know

Natural talent for ballet means having the right body. 180 turn out, High arch feet, long hyper-extended legs, long stretchy achilles tendons, short torso, long neck and small round head. You must also have a great deal of facility and musicality.
Watch this video. This little girl was pretty much born like that with a body able to do that. Look at her legs and leg extensions. Yes, she has had classes, but mostly you are seeing her raw talent. However, that is the level that will make a professional dancer one day. If you are doing it for fun, you do not need to have everything she has and to the same extent. If you have a good deal of flexibility and good turnout from the hips not the knees, you should do well in class.
