Any good stores to get really nice ballet flats for teens and tweens?

I live in NSW, Australia and most of my ballet flats are from shops such as Kmart, Big W, Target
All because they are appropriately priced..

Lilli March 6, 2010 at 5:48 pm: I have always found cute shoes at Ardene (if you have one) and urban behavior. Some other stores are WetSeal and Forever21. I have several pairs from Payless, the american eagle line is really cute.
